We are escorted on a walk to the village to get an insight into the fascinating culture and way of life of the local Taita people. If you wish, you many visit a local primary school, where a donation of learning materials or a few classroom lessons to the underprivileged children will be highly appreciated. Perhaps you’d like to spend some time with a women’s group, too, that specializes in basket-weaving as they go about their daily chores, working to improve the living standards of their families.
