Spend 2 nights here with breakfast included daily. Accommodation is in a fantastic split level unit with open frontage overlooking the bushveld. Your accommodation features kitchen, lounge, terrace and braai (BBQ) area. Elephants and warthogs roam freely around the lodge, so it's a beautiful start to your Africa family safari holiday.

Today is yours to enjoy! We can book any activities you and the kids want to experience or simply walk around the Falls and town on your own.
Day 3: Victoria Falls to Chobe by road
After breakfast, you'll be met and transferred to Chobe Safari Lodge in Kasane where you spend two nights in a family room with all meals, 1 x three hour private boat cruis, 2 x three hour private game drives and a visit to the Caracal Biodiversity Centre PLUS a visit to Impalila Island
Day 4: Chobe exploration
Today you'll head off with your private guide and savour the safari experiences and wildlife interactions in the Chobe National Park and along Chobe River.
Day 5: Chobe to Khwai by air
After breakfast, it's time to venture with a driver to Kasane airport. Here, catch a light aircraft flight to the Khwai airstrip. Here, you'll meet your private guide and enjoy a fantastic mobile safari with just you and the family! This is the idea of an adventure safari. Over a refreshing drink and snacks, your guide will chat about the safari routine and some safety guidelines before heading out for your afternoon game drive. Return by sunset for a campfire night with dinner cooked by your private chef over an open fire. Accommodation is in 3m x 3m dome tents with ensuite bush bathrooms. You sleep on comfortable mattresses on camp stretchers and everything is provided - sheets, duvets, blankets, pillows and towels. It's a bucket shower experience with hot water filled when you're ready!
Days 6 & 7: Freedom to explore as a family with own guide!
You'll head to bed quite early so that you can be up at first light, ready to find out what the bush has in store for each new day. Generally in the middle of each day you will spend some time relaxing in camp, this is when you generally shower and have lunch and then have some free time. You may use this time to read by yourself, or you may prefer to go over your bird or wildlife check list, draw some of the wildlife you have seen and perhaps write a bush journal. The days will follow a pattern of a light breakfast, morning game drive, lunch and siesta (optional!), afternoon/evening game drive and returning to camp for dinner around the stars. Short walks may also be possible, safety permitting – the guide will assess your children’s ages and arrange activities to suit!
Day 8: Khwai to Maun by air
After breakfast, you'll bid your guide goodbye at the airstrip and catch a light aircraft to Maun. On arrival, meet our driver who will transfer you to Island Safari Lodge where you'll stay for 1 night. It's situated right on the Thamalakane River. Your stay includes breakfast and a boat cruise.
Day 9: Transfer to Maun
After breakfast, it's time to end your safari in Botswana and transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
Why not venture to Cape Town for some culture, cuisine, history and adventure? It's a great finale location with outstanding market shopping too.
