This exciting safari takes you to the foot of the famous Mount Kilimanjaro and Amboseli Park, with the largest herds of elephant and buffalo. With active days in the rainforest of the Mount Kenya on the itinerary, a walking safari guide and ranger. The volcanic region of the northern parks, unique wildlife, space and African skies, you will feel the real safari touch. You will visit different lakes in the Rift Valley with a rich bird life and the tour ends with the incomparable space of the Masai Mara. The enormous herds, face to face with the wild, will be unforgettable experiences!


Meet on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Transfer to the Boulevard Hotel by AV Tours driver guide. Check in for overnight with a welcome drink and safari briefing.

After breakfast depart for Amboseli stopping at Namanga the Kenyan border post town between Kenya and Tanzania. Proceed to Amboseli with a game drive en-route to your lodge for Lunch. After lunch relax and proceed for game drives at 16.00hrs.Amboseli National Park is one of the oldest. The park is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. The herds of elephants are to be found easily. Lake Amboseli is a seasonal soda lake that occupies a third of the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast proceed for a game drive returning to your lodge for lunch.

Check out of your lodge after breakfast and depart for Mt. Kenya passing through Nairobi, arriving at the Castle Forest Lodge in time for lunch. Located on 2500mtr on the slopes of Mount Kenya. It's a very quiet and simple place with view on the snow capped peaks of Mt. Kenya (5100mt). Afternoon hiking with a guide. Meals are served in the cozy room of the old colonial main house. Spend the second day with full day hiking with the guide with picnic lunches.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.



Continue north to Samburu arriving in time for lunch at the Lodge.

Afternoon depart for a game drive at 16.00hrs in the area. Samburu Game Reserve lies in the lower curve of the dry northern Kenya region. The main water source, the Uaso Nyiro river, feeds the riverine forest and swamps. The patches of forest and doumpalm dotting the landscape provide an ideal setting for primates, hippo and crocodiles. Elephant families visit the rivers shallows to immerse in the cool water. Other animal life includes game only seen on the north of the equator namely Gravy's zebra, Beisa oryx and Reticulated Giraffe. There are also gerenuk gazelle, the Somali ostrich, the "Big Five"(elephant, lion, rhino, leopard, and buffalo) etc. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru National park passing through the Thomson Falls

In Nyahururu and arrive before lunch at your lodge or tented camp. Afternoon at leisure and enjoy the location. Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast depart for the Lake Nakuru National Park for the whole day game drives.

Lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Lake Nakuru National Park was created in 1961.The lake lies in the park and has been given the conservation worlds Ramsar site designation. It is a shallow soda lake and most famous of the Great Rift Valley lakes with "the world's greatest ornithological spectacle". The lake is very shallow and level fluctuates by up to four metres annually. The flamingoes migrate from with time for bleeding and if food gets scarce. There areas of grassland, bush, forest and rocky cliffs and there are many other animals to be viewed, white rhino, the rare Rothschilds giraffe, waterbuck warthogs and large herds of buffalo, Thomson's gazelle, leopard, hyrax, hippos and many more animals.

Depart in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight at Maili Saba Camp.



Drive across the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara National Reserve. The afternoon is spent game viewing. Masai Mara is one the most famous reserves in Africa. This is the Kenyan section of the Serengeti plains and wildlife bounds. The Mara is 1,510 sq.kms of open grasslands dotted with the distinctive flat topped acacia trees. It is watered by the tree-lined Mara river and its tributary the Talek river.The western border of the park is spectacular Oloololo Escarpment. It is also a difficult part of the Mara to access because of the swampy grounds. There is plenty of game in the Mara. The concentration of game is at its highest in the months of July through October when the Mara is the host to the annual migration of more than two million wildebeest. Dinner and overnight at lodge or camp.

Spend a full day in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.



Depart from your lodge after breakfast and proceed on to the AV Tours sponsored Clinic and a masai village before driving back to Nairobi via Narok town. Picnic lunches en-route arriving in the early afternoon. Dropping off at the Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your home bound flight or extending your stay in Kenya's most fabulous white sandy beaches which extend from the South Coast where you find the caves of Shimoni where the protégés kept the captives slaves before they set sail. To the North coast where you find Fort Jesus in Mombasa and in the far North, Malindi and Lamu Island. All beaches with a choice of exotic beach hotels.
