It is about a two hour drive to the picturesque village of Franschhoek and your driver will collect you from the hotel. Franschhoek is steeped in history, dating back to the Huguenot refugees who moved to South Africa to escape persecution in France in the 17th Century. There is a memorial to the Huguenots in Franschhoek, as well as a small museum - well worth a visit if you are interested in history.

Your driver will collect you for the drive back to Cape Town airport, where you take a short flight to the Eastern Cape town of George. On arrival, a driver will be waiting to meet you and take you to the picturesque seaside town of Plettenberg Bay.
Spend the day at the Tsitsikamma Forest making the most of the activities on offer in this area and the stunning surroundings. Monkeyland, Birds of Eden and the Elephant Sanctuary are definitely worth a visit whilst here.
There is a great walk you can do on the Robberg Peninsular where you can witness huge seal colonies or you could book a water based tour and experience the sealife from the ocean.
