Day 1 Arrival - Nairobi
Pick up from the airport on arrival and transfer you to Fairview hotel for overnight stay
Day 2 - Nairobi - Masai Mara
Pick up from your hotel at 0730 hrs and drive via the scenic Great Rift Valley, to the Mara Reserve arriving in good time for lunch. Afternoon game drive is taken. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sekenani Tented lodge
Day 5 Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National park
Day 3 /4Maasai Mara ( Migration trails )

The Maasai Mara Game Reserve is arguably Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film ‘Out of Africa’ was made to a great extent in this reserve. Virtually every type of wildlife can be seen at the Mara. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Maasai Mara grazing fields from late June. The dramatic crossing of the river and the preying on the migrants by predators can be viewed from early July to October The reserve abounds with birdlife since dose to about 452 species have been recorded. Hot air balloon safaris are readily available in this park
Breakfast then drive Lake Nakuru National park- to arrive in good time for lunch at Flamingo hill lodge afternoon game drives a the scenic park famed for numerous species of bird life especially the pink flamingoes .Dinner and overnight stay at Flamingo Hill Lodge
Lake Nakuru, a shallow alkaline lake in the Rift Valley, renowned for its spectacular flamingo population as one of the world's greatest ornithological spectacles. Although Lake Nakuru is primarily a bird sanctuary, there are a considerable number of animals to be encountered, such as many large game animals such as zebras, elephants and gazelles, this is one of our best chances of seeing rhinos. Lake Nakuru National Park was the first place in Kenya selected as a rhino reserve. Here is one of the few places where we can see Rothschild's giraffes.
Day 6 Lake Nakuru - Nairobi - Kigali
Breakfast then proceed to Nairobi Lunch at the Carnivore restaurant drop off at the airstrip to board your flight to Kigali on arrival our representative will meet you and transfer you to Kigali Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight stay .
Day 7 Kigali City tour
After breakfast, visit the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Ground, the handicrafts shops, the museum, and many other fascinating places in Kigali. In the afternoon transfer to Ruhengeri for an overnight stay at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Day 8 Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes national park
After breakfast, our tour guide will lead you to the park headquarters for briefing from the head of the park rangers. At 8.30 am local time, commence the memorable gorilla tracking experience. You will be left in the presence of the awesome mountain gorillas for about an hour. Take photographs and enjoys the antics of baby gorillas as they swing from tree branch to another. Gorilla trekking is the best wildlife experience in Africa.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Mountain view Lodge
Day 9 -Golden Monkeys trek or 2nd Gorilla tracking
Either go gorilla tracking again or visit the golden monkeys in Volcanoes National Park or climb the Visoke/Muhavura volcanoes, or trek to Dian Fossey's grave, or visit the local school, community projects or walk to Lake Buler – this optional activities are offered at an extra cost – Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Mountain view lodge
Day 10: Parc National des Volcans -Kigali - Nairobi
Morning spent at leisure then transfer to Kigali – lunch then transfer to the airport to board a flight to Nairobi arriving in good connecting time with your home bound flight.
