DAY 1: WELCOME TO UGANDA.

Arrive at Entebbe international airport. Our driver/guide will transfer you to your hotel

 

DAY 2: MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK.


After an early breakfast, drive through northwards through a series of districts. Have lunch at Masindi hotel midway to Murchison falls National Park. Then drive to the park through Budongo forest. A visit to the top of the mighty Murchison falls is extra ordinary. A point where the water escapes through a narrow gorge forming splendid thunder and roar! Relax and take photographs at the spot. Ferry Crossing or boat cruise to Paraa Safari lodge which offers comfortable accommodation and typical Ugandan hospitality. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari lodge. (Optional Activity: Forest walk or sport fishing)

 

DAY 3: MURCHISON-SEMILIKI NATIONAL PARK.


Wake up to the great morning, traverse the northern part for a game drive to view and take photographs of elephants, Buffalo, water bucks, Hippos, Giraffes, Lions, Leopards, Uganda kobs, and a variety of bird species. We carry packed lunch for a long drive via the Albertine escarpment of the western rift valley to Semiliki national park. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.



 

DAY 4: SEMILIKI FOREST NATIONAL PARK.                                                                                               

Arise early for a morning game drive in the park. Forest life in Semliki is breathtaking especially for birders, primate, and butterfly and plant lovers. The jungle walk usually takes you up to River Semliki meanders, the only one in East Africa with luck; you may well see forest buffaloes and elephants, statungas, leopards, pigmy hippopotamus, crocodiles and primates. Enjoy a view of a two-meter spray of hot water (130oC) and a pool (12 m diameter) of discharging hot water (106oC) at Sempaya hot springs. Interestingly, you can boil food like eggs in the natural boiler within ten minutes and eat it Semliki Safari Lodge: overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge.

 

DAY 5: SEMILIKI- KIBALE FOREST                                            

Wake up to a great delights of breakfast and continue your journey to Kibale Forest National park. The park is a home to 13 primate species and these among others include; the baboons, chimpanzees, velvet monkeys, grey checked mangabeys and many others. Late afternoon relax at the lodge.                                                                    

 

DAY6: KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK.


After a delightful breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest N/P tourist centre for briefing and then go for primate viewing or chimpanzee tracking. The activity starts at 8.00 am in the morning. On the guided forest walk, families of chimps and red Colobus monkeys swinging through the dense forest with birds, butterflies and many small insects are a common feature in this park. In the afternoon, a visit to Bigodi swamp eco- tourism site is amazing for an encounter of rare and beautiful flora and fauna. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

 

DAY 7: KIBALE-QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK


After breakfast set off for Queen Elizabeth national park along Kasenyi track and Queen’s mile in the park and you will see Lions, Elephants, buffalo, Warthogs and birds. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.

 

DAY 8:  QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK


This morning, we will have a game drive to the Kasenyi area to look for Lion prides and other wildlife like the Uganda Kob that mate around this area returning at the Lodge for breakfast.
Then go for the afternoon boat trip along the Kazinga Channel. Hippo’s huff and spray mere feet away from the boat, Buffalos linger in the shallows, a tremendous variety of birds grace the grasses on the shores. Dinner and overnight at lodge or comp. FB

 

DAY 9: QUEEN ELIZABETH- LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK


Have an early morning breakfast and proceed to Lake Mburo National Park.Relax at the camp/lodge.

 

DAY 10: LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK.


Have an early game drive in Lake Mburo National park to view and take photographs of the impala, Zebras, Waterbucks, Eland, Hippo and a variety of Birds. Then a boat trip, you can view the hippopotamuses and birds like pelicans, black crake, heron, cormorant and fish eagle but you may also see the rare shoebill stork during a boat ride, which takes 2 hours or More. Late evening we proceed to Kampala and relax at the hotel.

 

DAY 11: DEPARTURE


Either catch up with your sleep or proceed to the Airport for your flight.
